Does it generate a plan automatically?
No. You trigger Generate Plan. Your tier sets how often you can generate a plan or replan the remaining day.
What goes into my weekly plan?
Your accounts, priorities, visit cadence, office hours, and appointments help shape the plan, subject to scheduling and travel feasibility.
What happens when my day changes?
Gold includes one Replan Day per workday; Platinum includes two. You request it explicitly. Bronze does not include Replan Day.
Are the phone images live screenshots?
They are supplied product illustrations. The Drive Mode image uses fictional demonstration accounts. Actual screens and your account data may differ.
How does the referral program work?
Refer a rep and earn one free month after they complete six consecutive paid months. Ask them to enter your email when signing up. Rewards are reviewed manually.
How do I request a refund?
Submit an eligible request through the in-app refund process. Refund questions may be sent to info@ultrablueroute.com. Requests are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
What does the 30-day guarantee cover?
Your first paid Ultra Blue Route subscription includes a one-time 30-day money-back guarantee. The period begins when paid subscription access is activated. An eligible request within that period may receive a full refund of the first paid subscription charge. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the approved terms.
